The files on this site, including html files, images and zip files, are from a variety of different sources. Some have been created by myself (ie the space viking images), some have been created by other people (ie the Vandron) and others are modified versions of the work of others (ie many files in the neoexpansion release are 'remixed' images from SE4)

However, by releasing the files into the public domain we give permission for them to be freely distributed and used with games of Space Empires. If you wish to use any file(s) for any purpose other than games of Space Empires, please contact the creator(s) and ask permission.
